Camping Chicken, Rice and Veggies
Ingredients Needed for the Recipe
- Chicken Breast
- rice
- Broccoli
- other vegetables
- Snow peas
- soy sauce
- oil or margarine
- water
Cooking instructions:
You need to prepare the chicken breast at home. Cut it, place it in resealable bags, add Teriyaki sauce, let it marinate and freeze the bags. Once you’re out camping, take a pot, add oil or melt some margarine and heat it, then add the chicken you’ve prepared at home and still until it’s done. You can now add the rice and stir again for a while, add sufficient water so that the rice can cook well, let the mixture boil, reduce the heat and cover the pot once it’s done.
When you’re almost done cooking the mixture, you can add the vegetables of your choice and maybe add some soy sauce, if you’re a big fan of it.
