Cuban Pork
Ingredients Needed for the Recipe
- pork roast (3-4 pounds)
- medium potatoes (3-5)
- carrots (5-6)
- Mojo seasoning
- cloves of garlic (10)
- large Spanish onions (2)
Cooking instructions:
For this special recipe you need to cut slits in the roast and insert the garlic cloves. Next, cook the pork using a Dutch oven until the meat turns gets brown. This should take about two hours, over medium hot coals. Then, add the veggies which you’ve sliced in quarters. Add half of cup of Mojo and leave everything roast for an additional hour. When serving it, slice the meat and use plenty of Mojo seasoning on the side.
