Double Lake Recreation Area is located seventeen miles North of Cleveland, Texas. The lake is 23-acres for small electric motor boats, has three fishing piers and a sandy beach for swimming. The rolling hills and forest of this area offer great opportunities for hiking and biking. There is a 5-mile hiking trail and an 8-mile mountain bike trail that takes you around the lake.

Boat launch. Each site has a picnic table, campfire ring or cooking grill, paved roads and camp spurs, hot showers, flush toilets, drinking water, dump station for a fee.
