Lobster for the Poor

Ingredients Needed for the Recipe

• Fish fillets
• minced dried onions (1 Tablespoon)
• Butterbuds (1 Tablespoon)
• Dried lemon peel (1 Tablespoon)
• Water (2 cups)
• Salt (1 Tablespoon)

Cooking instructions:
Take a frying pan, place it over the fire and add the water and the spices. Heat until simmering. Now add the fish fillets and poach right until the fish starts to flake apart when you check it with your fork. Remove the fish out of the frying pan, and add some melted butter for dipping.

Variations/Hints:
You can use other types of spices each time you cook this meal.
