Newaygo State Park

Newaygo State Park is a rustic campers paradise, located just 45 miles North of Grand Rapids Michigan. The campground boasts some of the most private camping with a 20 to 30 foot forested area between sites. It overlooks the Hardy Dam Pond with the Hardy dam being the third largest earthen-filled dam in the world.

Newaygo State Park Attractions
There are no hookups or dump station. There are vault toilets, drinking water, pay phone, playground and dumpster. There are also tables and fire rings at each site.
Highlights
There are miles of shoreline for swimming and fishing, boat ramp and hiking.
