Pepper Lake Trout with Lemon
Ingredients Needed for the Recipe
- 1 Lake Trout
- 1 lemon
- 1 onion
- Lemon pepper spice
- Some butter
- Aluminum foil
Cooking instructions:
Remove the lake trout’s guts and head and stuff its cavity with sliced onion and lemon. Also, stuff the Laker with butter and lemon pepper spice and start wrapping it in aluminum foil, sealing it properly. Cook the fish on the fire grate over coals for around 20 or 30 minutes. Make sure you don’t tear the aluminum foil when flipping the fish over. Once the skin sticks to the foil, you’ll know your fish is ready to serve.
Comments:
If you’re a big Laker’s fan (the fish) you should find this recipe quite tasty, especially thanks to the subtle lemon taste.
