Premade Breakfast

Ingredients Needed for the Recipe

• Oatmeal (1/2 cup)
• Carnation low fat powdered milk (1/4 cup)
• Brown sugar (1 tablespoon)
• Raisins (1/3 cup)
• Mixed nuts such as sliced almonds and chopped walnuts (1/3 cup)
• Shelled unsalted sunflower seeds (a dash)

Cooking instructions:
You simply need to mix all the ingredients needed for the recipe in a bowl, then pour everything into a Ziploc bag. You can prepare this mix at home and simply dump the contents into a pot, add 2 cups of boiling water, let the mixture sit for a couple of minutes and you’re ready to serve breakfast.

Variations/Hints:
You can also add dehydrated fruit such as peaches or apples.

Comments:
It’s a tasty and extremely filling, healthy breakfast for two.
